Where do I pay my assessments?

For faster processing, please submit payment with coupon provided or ensure your
account number is listed on your payment. If you are using an online bill pay service,
please take a moment and ensure that you have updated the address.
To pay online, visit www.tscmanagement.com.
You can pay by e-check or credit card.
Processor applies a fee to online payments as listed below:
$2.95 e-check
$7.95 debit/credit card
To use our online services, you must have a valid email address
and your account number which can be found on your billing statement.

What are the Hours of the Pool and Fitness Center?
The Hollyhock Pool Area is open to residents 7 days a week, 6 AM - 10 PM.
The Hollyhock Fitness Center is open to residents 7 days a week, 4 AM - 11 PM.
Residents must use their access card, provided by the Association, to enter either amenity.

How do I rent the Fields House?

Who is Texas Star Community Management?
The Association has a contract with Texas Star Management to manage the day to day operations of the Community Association. The role of Texas Star Community Management is to implement the policies set by the Board, manage the financial aspects of the Association, supervise the companies contracted to work on-site, enforce the covenants, ensure that all modifications to the exterior of the home are in compliance with the Design Guidelines, oversee the Amenity Center and common are-as as well as Lifestyle operations. How do I set up the backyard mowing?
Residents are welcome to use the community landscaping company, Superscapes, for back-yard lawn maintenance. Please contact Barbara@superscapes.com for more information. Please make sure to put your full name, property address, phone number, email address and the community name which is Hollyhock.
